Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aura & Accent! We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please carefully review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing & Shipment

Once you place an order, we begin processing it immediately. As a result, we are unable to make changes, cancellations, or alterations to your order after it has been confirmed.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 1-3 business days of placing your order. The delivery time may vary depending on your location, but typically shipping takes between 2-5 business days through our logistics partners.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you enter your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. Aura & Accent is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. We are unable to make any changes to the shipping address once the order is placed.

Responsibility Upon Shipment

Once your package is handed over to our logistics partner, you assume responsibility for the package. Should any issues arise with the package while it is in the logistics partner's possession, you will need to contact the courier company directly for assistance.

If the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, or if your package is delayed, we recommend reaching out to your local courier office for assistance. Aura & Accent cannot intervene once the package is in the hands of the courier.

Returns to Sender

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping charges required to re-deliver the package.
